Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If you have not received your email please check your spam/junk inbox.
You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped. Delivery usually takes 2 days.
Our standard carrier service is Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours.
Deliveries include all of UK
Shipping cost is a flat rate of £3.99 up to 22kg. Orders over 22kg weight will are charged at £19.99. If you are intending to order large quantities (e.g. orders total over £200), please contact us to discuss delivery arrangements.
For items that fit within Royal Mail large letter dimensions, the shipping cost will be at the rate set by Royal Mail for large letters (currently £1.55 for under 100g).
Local delivery or collection is not available.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer International Shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at riverwood.stores@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.

To start a return/refund please contact us at riverwood.stores@gmail.com providing your order number and the reason for return, or refund request. For further details please see our refund policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at riverwood.stores@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
